Tractor Assembly Lines

With a maximum capacity of 100 tractors a day, all tractors from 75 to 400 hp are assembled on the same assembly line and following the order of the final customers.

Over 17,000 tractors have been produced on average each year since the plant opened in 1960. One tractor leaves the Beauvais factory each 5 minutes and 80% of the production are exported all around the world. Our teams are constantly ensuring the highest quality. At every manufacturing and testing process, each tractor is checked and certified by each operator.

Planning for the Future

Massey Ferguson’s plant at Beauvais is totally focused on meeting the ever increasing demands of farmers the world over. It is the biggest AGCO-owned tractor manufacturing site in Europe and the largest of its kind in France.

This centre of excellence is now made of two sites with a global surface area of more than 30 ha and is located to the North of Paris. Those sites have been boosted by massive investments in build technologies, tooling, design and efficiency. Staff numbers and expertise have also grown to generate an output of up to 20,000 tractors a year.

In our on-going pursuit of quality, massive investments have been made to robotise our painting workshop & computerise rolling brake benches.
